Founded in 1999, Premier is the asset management and servicing arm of Capmark Asia, and the first licensed servicer in Japan. Premier brings to this market the disciplines and distinguished track record of our parent company's renowned primary and master servicing capabilities on performing loans and securities. In 2001 and again in 2003, Premier was awarded an "Above Average" rating from Standard & Poor's for the servicing of performing loans, currently the highest of any servicer in Japan.

Among other activities, Premier provides primary and master servicing for commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and warehoused loans, as well as back-up servicing activities for residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), corporate loan portfolios and other CMBS.
